RYAN PIEKEN

I joined OXEN Technology in 2001 as a service technician focusing on computer builds, repairs, and ISP support for dial-up internet customers. My technology rapidly grew into more in-depth skills such as server administration, wireless, switching/routing, firewalls, and VoIP technologies.
In 2012 I took on the role of Service Delivery Manager for OXEN Technology, which has given me a deeper understanding of business leadership, budgets, and how to operate with quality and efficiency. This role also enhanced my people and communication skills. Being Service Delivery Manager helped me to develop the skills to relate technology into smart business decisions. Due to this experience, I bring a unique perspective that not many IT people have.

Now, I am putting my years of experience into working directly with small and medium businesses to help them to leverage technology to achieve business objectives. I love to partner and empower those I work with to achieve a common goal. I have a passion for providing technical insight, creativity, and leadership into businesses seeking solutions to the challenges they face.
