You will be a vital member of our team, ensuring the seamless integration of IT and administrative functions across our two locations with a total of 15 employees. This role offers a unique opportunity to engage with all facets of our business.
 
What we want you to do…
  • Oversee IT support and manage external vendor relationships to ensure seamless internal IT operations.
  • Coordinate Cyber Risk Management and Disaster Recovery Plans.
  • Manage the Company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system, including permissions, processes and facilitating upgrades and improvements.
  • Coordinate and manage employee onboarding, all company benefit programs and payroll processes.
  • Act as primary contact for office-related tasks: scheduling meetings and events, managing company insurance policies, procuring and maintaining office supplies and equipment and ensuring adherence to administrative processes.
 
Who you are…
  • A proactive and detail-oriented professional with a strong background in IT, Administration and/or Project Management functions.
  • Experienced in managing vendor relationships and ensuring high levels of service delivery.
  • Skilled in overseeing and enhancing ERP or other key organizational software, with a track record of facilitating upgrades and process improvements.
  • Familiar with HR processes, including onboarding, benefits administration, and payroll management, or eager to learn and adapt.
  • An effective planner and facilitator, capable of contributing to strategic planning sessions and managing project management tools.
  • Organized and resourceful in handling diverse responsibilities, from office supplies procurement to insurance policy management.
  • A collaborative leader with excellent communication skills, able to work closely with the leadership team and CEO.
  • Committed to maintaining a secure and efficient environment within your areas of responsibility.
