Onsite tabletop sponsorships will not be accepted.
SPONSOR PROMOTIONAL DEADLINES
To be featured as a sponsor in the onsite printed conference agenda, your sponsorship will need to be registered no later than April 30th. Any sponsor registered after the 30th will be featured on the conferencing app only.
TABLETOP EXHIBITOR SET-UP/TEAR-DOWN INFORMATION
Set-up on Wednesday, May 14th begins at 9:00 AM and must be completed by 12:00 Noon.
Tear-down can begin on Thursday, May 15th at 12:00 Noon.
SHIPPING INFORMATION
You may ship your tabletop items directly to the Sheraton at 1800 50th Street, West Des Moines, IA 50266 with c/o Iowa Communications Alliance CyberCon. The hotel asks that your materials arrive 3 business days in advance or later for storage.
Conference Agenda
The agenda for the 2025 CyberCon has been finalized and it's a great line-up of presentations. CyberCon will begin at 1:00 on Wednesday, May 14 and finish early afternoon on Thursday, May 15. Full details on the schedule and registration are available in the Registration Guide.
Accommodations
ICA has a block of rooms held at the West Des Moines Sheraton. The group room rate is $139/night + tax. The cut-off date to reserve your room at the group rate is April 30th. Click here to book at our group rate.
