Registration for attendees of the 2026 ICA Annual Meeting & Expo is now open.
Important Exhibitor Note:
If your company has already purchased an expo booth, do not register here. Exhibitor registrations are managed within your booth purchase and include the allotted booth personnel passes. Only exhibitors without a booth should use the attendee registration link above.
Exhibitor & Sponorship Registration - Now Open
Exhibitor and sponsorship registration for the 2026 ICA Annual Meeting & Expo is now open to both ICA members and non-members.
Companies may reserve exhibit space, explore available sponsorship opportunities, and manage their participation through the online registration platform. Detailed information on booth options, pricing, sponsorships, and event logistics is available in the 2026 Sponsorship & Exhibitor Prospectus.
What’s New on the Expo Floor
The Expo floor has been completely redesigned and expanded for the 2026 ICA Annual Meeting & Expo.Exhibitors can explore the new layout through an interactive booth map and select space with confidence.
The Hometown Hub, sponsored by Catch Des Moines, will feature local favorites like Puppy Jake and a live caricature artist from Caricatures by Steph, creating high-engagement areas and increased foot traffic on the floor.
ICA Member Information
ICA members may apply their member discount during registration using the member code provided by email. If you did not receive this code, please contact Allyssa Traver.
Member discounts include:
- $800 off standard booths
- $1,200 off large booths (Spotlight, Showcase, Marquee, and Refreshment Booths)
Hotel Accommodations
Room blocks for the 2026 Annual Meeting & Expo were offered at the Hilton Des Moines Downtown and the Des Moines Marriott Downtown. At this time, both hotel blocks are fully sold out.
Attendees are encouraged to check back periodically, as availability may change due to cancellations. Hotels may also release additional inventory closer to the event. ICA will not be adding additional rooms to either block.
