Online registration for the 2026 ICA Annual Meeting & Expo is now officially closed.

If you need to make any updates to an existing registration (name changes, attendee swaps, etc.), please email Allyssa Traver by March 20. After this deadline, all changes will need to be handled onsite at the registration desk.

The 2026 ICA Annual Meeting & Expo will feature a fully sold-out Expo floor filled with industry partners, new activations, and intentional engagement opportunities designed to connect exhibitors directly with broadband leaders from across the Midwest.

If you were unable to secure a booth this year, we encourage you to still attend and connect with the industry throughout the event.

What's New on the Expo Floor? 

The 2026 Expo experience has been intentionally designed to drive traffic and create high-energy gathering spaces throughout the hall.

The Hometown Hub
Sponsored by Catch Des Moines, this featured area will showcase local favorites like Puppy Jake and live caricatures by Caricatures by Steph — creating natural traffic flow and increased engagement nearby.

Drone Cage Activation
Powered by Fenworks, this interactive demonstration space features an expanded cage footprint, bringing high-energy movement and increased visibility to the Expo floor.

Connection Quest
Visit all participating Connection Quest booths, collect a stamp at each stop, and bring your completed card to the Registration Desk for verification. Verified cards have the chance to win a prize valued up to $500. Connection Quest is designed to intentionally drive attendees to exhibitor booths and increase meaningful interactions throughout the Expo Hall.
