The Director Development Conference is designed specifically for Board Directors and General Managers/CEOs. The focus of the conference is strengthening board performance and fostering outstanding leadership.

We are excited to have Shirley Bloomfield, retired NTCA CEO, joining us to present our opening session - Healthy Alignment: Building a High-Trust Partnership Between the Board and the General Manager.
This is just one of several important topics that will be covered during this one-day conference. The agenda includes time for attendees to connect and share ideas through Roundtable Discussions, and a Best-Practices sharing time.
Participants will gain a solid grounding in essential topics and have valuable opportunities to network with peers from across the state. New or experienced, there is great content for ALL Board members.
